Having issues with getting the product I ordered and REQUIRE.
Ordered 5G OUTDOOR hub, website 'bait and switched' it to an internal 5G hub which is completely useless.
Been with 3 for 23 years (back to Hutchinson days). Multiple contracts.
If i have to stand outside in the rain to get a 4G+ or.5G signal why won't they give me a external unit? Because the website says i have a good signal.
Ended up immediately cancelling with a 'cooling off' return...didn't even bother taking it out the box.
Over an hour to support to resolve in a circular argument...only want to sell same usless option again or transfer me round and round.
NEED the external unit as no signal INSIDE the premises regardless of what the website says!
...seems to be a common issue.
