Returning a hub nightmare not providing bag

I visit my family each summer for July and August, I pop into the three store and take out the rolling monthly, after a month I cancel with the 30 days notice, but this year I can’t do it in store had to spend over an hour on chat, then was told I had to return hub, I have been waiting 22 days for the bag to arrive with numerous phone calls and chats in the last few weeks eating into my holiday time with my elderly parents, just torture, no one listening, I was even told yesterday they could email a label, told today, no such service, so disappointed, what do I do now as we leave in a few days, Can I just leave it in store enroute to airport and tell them to deal with it???
