Hi, I upgraded my phone to Google Pixel and didn't get on with it so read on Three you can change within 14 days so after 2 days i rang them and i was put through to someone to reverse the upgrade and told he would send me a returns bag & label, then in the same call upgraded to a Samsung which is brill however after 2 weeks still no returns bag or label, i've tried calling a million times and been on live chat, only to be on hold for 30 mins get to number 1 then be cut off.
I've found an address but was worried if i just send my phone back it could get lost with out the relevant paperwork, i am still responsible for the handset until they receive it and i am refunded.
Any ideas what to do please, never had any issues with Three in the years i've been with them, but this service is ridiculous
