Hey I need guidance.
i got a quote for an iPad Pro so I waited for the prepaid packaging. However they sent me a prepaid packaging for a phone so instead I printed out the prepaid label they sent me by email and shipped it with the original box. On Tuesday 25th it was delivered. I haven’t got an email from three to say it has been delivered and their website hasn’t updated the status either. It’s Thursday their website claims I should’ve gotten paid 24hours after delivery which that in itself is false advertising. I’ve been reading some online reviews and it scares me. I’ve emailed them but no replies , their phone line keeps ringing for ages. Can someone tell me the aftermath of their trade in? Did you ever get paid if so how long after delivery, did you have to do something?

Hello there.
It's disappointing to see you're having issues with the trade in process. These generally go through without issues, but there are some cases where it hasn't gone so smoothly, but the team will work to get it sorted out. I recommend keeping in touch with the support team for the latest updates on it's progress, and hopefully you won't have to wait much longer.

I was held in line for 2 hours to get in touch with them then I hung up! do you recommend I stay in line for longer till they pick up?

There's a limit to the duration of some calls, in Three's case, that limit is 2 hours. If you waited 2 hours and got cut off, it's likely due to that call limit.
It might be worth trying again, or trying to reach the team through online Chat instead.

They’re not picking up so I’m guess I’m not the only one calling about this issue
also chat is useless for this as they’ll just tell you to call in the trade in line because they don’t have the same system Ingram does.
i want to know if anyone else who’s had this issue sorted it if so how long did it take? I’m so close to contacting the financial ombudsman for this
