Hi,
i have recently received the ZyXEL NR5103Ev2 5G Router and have had nothing but grief trying to connect to it. Some devices, like my iPhone XR have connected easily and received good speeds, but others like my TV’s and PC have taken days to connect, and currently have disconnected and will not reconnect. One TV repeatedly says the password used is incorrect (which it definitely isn’t), the other states it is connected but that there is no connection to the server (at the very same time my phone is connected through the wi-fi receiving excellent speeds).
To check the TV’s are ok I connected them to my mobile hotspot, and they worked fine.
i never had any issues with the TV’s with BT internet.
Please can you advise - are there known issues with this router (like I see there were with predecessor), and is it possible to exchange?

Try split SSID. Can troublesome devices connect to the 2.4GHz SSID?
