Has anyone else had an issue with three giving refunds? There was a miscommunication with me and a member of there team and they cancelled my order by accident, but it didn’t process properly. It’s now been over 2 months since I ordered the device and I am yet to receive either the device or a refund for the upfront cost. Every time I speak to a member of the team they prove different lengths of time on how long it will be. At first I was told it would be the end of September, then when I got in contact again in October, it was 48 hours. Now I’ve been told I need to wait at least 8 weeks. All I want is my money back now so I can find a provider who might be useful.
