DO NOT USE THREE TRADE IN

I’ve received an email about my device stating it’s been received and my payment was confirmed, 3/4/25, it has been 5 working days and are still yet to receive my payment, I have contacted Ingram who have said oh the phone and in writing that 3 are responsible for making the payment and should contact them! That would be great if I hadn’t already contacted 3 and been told the opposite and that it is ingram’s responsibility to pay! It is literally robbery, stealing devices and making up random delay reasons as to why the money hasn’t hit my account, even accused my bank of withholding the funds even though i’ve contacted them also! Do not Trade in with 3

Yes I received an email, stating that my device has been accepted and i’m awaiting payment from 3/4/2025 in 5 working days, 

was pushed back and forth from 3 to ingram either one of them accepting responsibly for missing money. The agent at 3 said, there is a delay in my payment and wait to the end of the day but was stil not told what this delay is and it’s now friday and stil haven’t received any funds. 

I will be reporting this to obudsman as it’s theft, the policy is 5 working days and it’s been breach, three should be ashamed of themselves! 

If the money isn’t recieved by midnight tonight, I will take this even further

Still waiting, spoken to 4 different departments and they have started claiming they don’t have my device, I know they have as ingram has confirmed to me, This is theft, do not trade in with 3 they steal devices and without money!

Hi angel! Iv just done this option to trade in my phone. Did you get your payment in the end. I know this was April this year just curious! 🙂 completely understand your frustration by the way

Hiya, No worries, I got the money eventually 3 weeks later than they said i would receive it, which was very annoying and lots of time spent on hold😅 but happy to get it finally resolved, i personally wouldn’t use it again, the stress was not worth it, i eventually got financial ombudsman involved and it got hurried on a lot quickier than it would of if i had left it for 3 to resolve🙂 xx
