Missing trade-in payment

Could somebody please advise who I need to speak to regarding a missing trade-in payment?

I had email confirmation from Ingram that the trade-in was complete and payment was due to be paid into my device plan on the 17/02/2025. More than 2 weeks later and still nothing.

Ingram are telling me that Three have been informed, and it's not their problem. Three are saying to take it up with Ingram.

I'm going round in circles here and don't have the time to be left hanging on hold for 2+hrs, just to be given the run around.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Same, although they're not even responding to my emails and every single time I call (I've tried over 100 times) I get "Line Busy"

Literally feels like these con artists have stolen my phone. Was supposed to be paid out on the 10th February. Ridiculous that Three uses this scumbag company, they're just making you look bad.

They're both as bad as each other, and just point the finger of blame. Ingram says it's Three's responsibility to pay once the trade-in has been confirmed. The Three representative I spoke to could barely string together a coherent sentence, let alone understand what I was talking about.

I managed to log a complaint via online chat and have been promised a resolution within 48hrs, but I'll believe it when I see it.

There are dozens of similar posts on here and various other forums, all saying the same thing.

I have the same issue. Ingram micro are now under investigation for fraud from what I've seen
