Hi, I came into store yesterday and upgraded, I will be getting the iPhone 16 but waiting for it to be delivered, I’m just wondering when will that get changed on my app?

If you're referring to when the upgrade will show in your app, this should be from the date your contract starts. When you upgrade to a new phone, the contract for the device plan typically starts around the expected delivery date, as this is when you begin using the phone.
