I have had a phone for 3 years am due to upgrade and went through everything paid the deposit got excepted then the person dealing with it sent the e sign to my old old email so couldn’t except it so cancelled the order now I can’t get excepted anywhere was on the phone for 11 hours got told to go into the shop they will sort it so I took a day off work to get told they shouldn’t of sent me to the shop they can’t do anything so days pass I’m in contact constantly to 3 to get told the best they can do is give me another contract SIM card like come on I told them I have 2 disabled children that need to be able to get in contact so they said they suggest I buy the phone out right and they will supply the SIM card company’s a waste of space I made it clear it’s there problem and not mine so looking to contact the news papers next even have all the managers names

So you were on the phone for eleven hours? Hmm. Took a day off work? Hmm. Have all the managers names? Hmm. Have two disabled children? Hmm. I have a cold but I can smell when something isn’t being told correctly and there’s a faint whiff.
