Ridiculous, 8 weeks on, hours on tech support, and still my phone is saying you cannot pair my galaxy ultra smartwatch with s24 ultra phone. Error states, cannot progress a new subscription as you already have one in progress. This is a 3 network account issue. Checked the phone and watch at samsung...rebooted and factory reset both devices... still same message. Such a joke. Been with 3 for years and now can't wait until my contract ends. Bought smartwatch to go running and to leave phone at home but now a useless buy. 3 customer services a total joke. Told different things every time. Absolutely awful service.
