Hi everyone,
Great news! We’ve launched a new integration with Airtime Rewards in our Three app to give you money off your monthly bill, or credit towards your top-ups. Just sign up, add your cards, then shop as you normally do at your favourite stores, Airtime Rewards has partnered with over 200 top UK retailers including Boots, Argos, eBay, ASOS and IKEA and more. No need to download a separate app.
Sign up today through the Three App, then shop as usual at your favourite stores and get money off your monthly bill, or credit towards your top-ups if you’re a PAYG customer. Redeem these using the Three app. It’s simple, smart, and totally free.
To celebrate the launch of our new experience - from the 13th October - 26th October - Three customers can earn an exclusive 2% boost reward at Boots, Argos or Morrisons on top of their regular savings.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple, all you need to do is register by heading to your Three App, and follow the steps to link your cards.
How do I redeem rewards?
Once your balance hits £10, you can redeem this as credit off your Three bill – just select the amount you want you want to apply to the bill by going to the Airtime Rewards feature on the Three App.
Your redeemed rewards will appear on your next generated bill, which can be found on your Three account, in the Three app. If you’re a Pay As You Go customer you can convert your rewards to top up credit to use on your next data pack.
Even better, keep an eye on your Three+ app for exclusive offers and competitions for a chance to get boosted rewards to use you against your bill or for extra top up credit.
We’d love to hear from you all in the Community, have you tried Airtime Rewards before now, how did you find the process of signing up through our Three App, and how will you use the money you’re saving?
To get signed up and start earning rewards, check Airtime Rewards out on the Three App today!

How does this work if you're on a PAYG data pack auto renew?

Did you find out, or tried this?
Apparently you have to cancel the auto renewal and use the credit to purchase a data pack that's not on auto-renewal (which is more expensive). It's pretty rubbish. I was told this by airtime and 3 customer service.

Not ideal then! More expensive, and it doesn’t autorenew… Bit odd when Airtime seems to be advertised by Three.
