Please help!!!
I'm in Turkey and purchased an ATW 5 Day pass but phone simply refuses to connect and pass status is "not yet activated". Spend cap is within coat of pass.
A network shows but there is an immediate explanation mark in the signal strength meter at the top of the screen when I turn WiFi off.
Phone has been turned off and on etc and not sure what else to do

Hello there.
That's not ideal. It looks like you got the wrong pass. Turkey is one of the Go Roam Extra destinations, not an ATW destination. The pass you've purchased doesn't work there.
