I have very inconsistent ping, How do I improve this. Can I be walked through the APN settings?

I receive better performance with my mobile as a hot spot instead of the hub. This is what is leading me to believe  there is a problem with it

Sorry to hear about these ping issues. Is the mobile hotspot also a Three SIM. If so, do you see similar issues if you swap the SIMs between the respective devices?

This can help narrow down whether it's a device issue, or something relating to the SIM/account.

Perhaps d/load a WIFI analyser app and check which channels are least used in your locale. Then change your router settings to the least used channel.

I don't even know how to access the menu for the device as of yet so this is no help
