VOICEMAIL HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED

My Voicemail is no longer working?? I haven't changed any of the settings. It was working perfectly well until recently. I have literally spent hours speaking to the customer service team and the (so called) Technical Team both via telephone and online chat. To be honest the Customer Service has been appalling, the "Technical" Team are just making wild guesses to try and resolve my issue.

I have made an official complaint but that doesn't seem to have made any difference either.

Can anyone on here please help as I am losing the will to live trying to deal with your overseas technical team who are clearly not trained properly to deal with "technical" matters.

If I cannot get this matter resolved then I will have no option but to escalate to the Financial Ombudsman after 28 days to allow me to terminate my contract early (penalty free) to join a network provider who can provide me with a reliable Voicemail service.

I'm having the same problem. I didn't know it had been deactivated and I've been frantic for weeks trying to find my list bag only to find out that they shop that had it was laying voicemails that I had no knowledge of our no way to hear it. I'm really annoyed that my voicemail has been turned off, I really need it! Just because it hasn't been used for a little while doesn't mean it isn't very important! I've had a three number for almost 20 years and this had never happened before. How do I get it reinstated as soon as possible?

I completely understand that this is far from ideal, and it has been fed back.

You do need to dial into 123 periodically at least once within 90 days to keep your mailbox set up. You should be able to call 123 again to reinstate this, and you'd set your greeting and PIN back up or you can reach out to the team on live chat here for further support.

Mine has done the same and I don’t want to set up a personalised voicemail as it’s now prompting me to do

Hy can you help me with turning off the voice mail from 3network UK.

I have missed several calls from the past 3 months and i am not even notified of the missed calls or the voicemails.And in iphone we can view the voicemail right but in here there is no such evidence and the main thing is i don’t even know the numbers who called me.So please resolve this issue or I will change the network.Thankyou
