Let me start by saying the phone is new, the sim is also new.
for the past 4 months I’ve had great 5G speed. Then it dropped, I can’t reset it to catch on 5G only get one bar and it drops to 4G.
4G has two bars.
no 5G on, no allowing more data on 5G nothing. Not indoors not outdoors.
I did all the troubleshooting, I’m resetting my phone 4 times a day and nothing!!
I did factory reset, nothing!
airplane more, cellular data reset, no network reset, taking out the SIM card and placing it in another phone, nothing!!
coverage checker state there’s no work in the area!
well there should be! There’s obviously something wrong, it’s not my phone it’s new, it’s 5 months old, SIM card is 6 months old.
im paying £25.24 a month for dodgy network where it slow snails to oblivion.
fix it!!
