Just landed abroad i had purchased a 7 day atw pass, when I landed i received the charge text telling me there will be extra charges due to being out of the eu. The pass still hasn't activated so I read the forums which told me to turn off spend cap just incase so I did. I then sent a text to test it and it has cost me 6 pound with the pass still not activating. Can't get in touch with live chat as it's not open yet this is a joke I need to be able to be in touch with my family at home please sort it out.

We're sad to hear your pass isn't working. Are you getting data fine? Also, is your International Roaming activated on your account at all?
Our Customer Service Team can check this for you and have this activated if not.

Check with Customer Services that your Credit Limit is sufficient
