Hi all,
I’ve been unable to use Three TFL Wi-Fi for over two years because it always asks for a username and password. I have an iPhone 12, running iOS 26.3 and I’ve tried all the usual fixes (network reset, phone restart, etc.), but nothing works. Last night I spent two hours on live chat with Three customer service and tech support with no resolution — and they didn’t seem to know how to fix it.
Has anyone in the community resolved this issue? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks robvalentine. Unfortunately you can't change the authentication method on iOS (happy for someone to how me otherwise), but thanks letting me know. I tried finding ways to do it but all draw a deadens at the momment.

https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Network/Wifi-on-London-Underground-asking-for-password/m-p/26421#M4... This popped up in the sidebar when I came back to this post. It is an annoying thing to have to do though

Hi robvalentine. Thanks for sharing. I had previously seen that and unfortunately the steps don't work as are aimed at Android users. Very frustrating as when you read it I've got exactly the same issue and despite the post being a few years old Three customer support still have no idea what the problem is and have any idea of solving it.

Sorry to hear that, I'm back on an iPhone so next time I am in London I will try and test, but it might be a while.

if you can select the authenticaation method (I can on my google pixel) select the sim method. That fixed it for me on Android. Not sure how it works on iOS, but hopefully this can point you in the right direction.
