Many possible reasons. If you’re contract do you owe money,are there network issues in your postcode area (check Three status page). If you’re a payg customer sounds silly but has any top up gone through? Check on the My Three app. Your question is too vague for us to definitively help you. You’re best to contact customer service as this is a public forum with no access to your account. Call 333 if you’re contact or start a live chat if you’re payg to reach them.
