Accessing 12 months of call logs

I want to access my call logs for the past 12 months, my phone only collects from the past 3 months. however presumably my carrier has this detail. how can i get access?

The calls that you make are saved within your phone bills each month. You can access these through My3 by downloading the PDFs. 

We do not keep a record of any inbound calls.
