Activating new Go Roam Passport

I am currently abroad and purchased a 14 Day Go Roam Passport. As this had nearly reached the fair usage 12GB limit I purchased an additional 7-Day Go Roam Passport as I could no longer use data roaming under the original pass. I now own two passes, the 14-Day pass is still active at 11.7GB but I cannot Roam. I also cannot activate the new 7-Day Pass. So I am unable to data-roam abroad at the moment. Can anyone help me activate my new pass or switch from the old pass to the new pass. There is no assistance from the digital assistant and I can’t call Three as my spend cap has been reached and I cannot update that either.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your data whilst abroad. It sounds like you may have reached the 12GB limit and are incurring surcharges (which will be stopped by the spend limit), rather than needing to purchase additional passes. I expect it's the spend limit which is most likely to be causing the issue based on what you've described.

We can't change this for you from the Community, but usually you should be able to amend this by logging in to My3 on a browser or with the Three App. If this isn't possible, please find all the options to get in touch here.
