I paid for a seven day data add on before my trip to Malta. An email was received stating that it has been activated - twice -and I would have data when my phone was activated in Europe.
24 hours in Malta later and no data.
All advice re: TIOTIBOA, airplane mode, roaming turned on etc already tried several times
Full signal showing but no network and no network available on the list.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble connecting whilst in Malta. The troubleshooting you listed sounds like the best first steps. Did you get in touch with customer services, or did you find another solution?
