Been having network issues about a week now my phone signal keeps going off and come back can’t make calls or text messages and internet connection very poorly lots too phone the customer Service 6 times but saying doing working in my area right now and my network will go back to. Normal in 7 days. Hope this will be fix out fast it’s absolutely disgraceful with 3G

I phoned to Customer Service again last night sill have same problem with my phone signal what point getting a sim can’t even use it make calls or text messages or the internet connection very bad please resolve this issue fast the customer is always right should respond to them immediately online about this problem it absolute disgraceful please anyone get back to me about this

Got a text last night said me fix my problems with my network well it’s sill the same my phone signal sill cutting off and coming back on then phone up again on the. Customer Service told me take my phone down to the 3G shop in Glasgow it might be a fault Sim card think just take my phone to get my phone fixed. To the nearest phone shop in Glasgow see what Is going on with it. I won’t waste my time with them with 3g soo useless

3G is a discontinued mobile network bandwidth; you're referring to "3" presumably,
who offer 4G + 5G coverage😊 ;perhaps consider a new phone.

This seems to be a running saga with you. Have you tried putting your SIM card into another device temporarily to see if the problem is possibly with your device ?

Calling again about my network connection issues again sill experienced here in Glasgow bad signal keeping on cut off and coming back on there network doesn’t do anything about it here and Glasgow soo unprofessional should help out the customer more tell them what is happening but don’t at all absolutely disgraceful

Im having the same issues around central and southwest scotland. My wife has lower spec phone on Vodaphone and it always has better internet speed than my phone. Threes help and support are worse than useless.

That sounds super frustrating. Fingers crossed you'll be able to benefit from the bigger merged network between Three and Vodafone soon, effectively giving you and your wife the same coverage.

I’m been experience bad phone signal that come and goes in Glasgow 6 week now will this return to normal in Glasgow are fixing the mobile tower right now iv phone the 3G customer Service about this. Told me. Investigating it. Get back to me in seven days the customer Service soo unhelpful. Should help the customer more about the issue is anybody experience the same thing as me

I understand 6 weeks is a long time to be experiencing signal problems, and I'm sorry that you've not received clarity on when things might return to normal.
Unfortunately, if it's an unexpected and ongoing outage, there may not be a timeframe available on how long it takes to be fixed.
If you don't receive a helpful update within the timeframe given, please have a chat with Customer Services, who will be able explore other options for your account if you remain unable to use your service.

Iv phoned 10 times now about my network issue my phone signal sill bad here in Glasgow Scotland uk can’t not make phone calls or text messages or internet sill said me working on a mobile phone tower right now that is affecting me with my network connection and get back to me in 7 work days can someone please help me out on this issue get this resolved now 3G this is absolute disgraceful
