Been having network issues about a week now my phone signal keeps going off and come back can’t make calls or text messages and internet connection very poorly lots too phone the customer Service 6 times but saying doing working in my area right now and my network will go back to. Normal in 7 days. Hope this will be fix out fast it’s absolutely disgraceful with 3G

I phoned to Customer Service again last night sill have same problem with my phone signal what point getting a sim can’t even use it make calls or text messages or the internet connection very bad please resolve this issue fast the customer is always right should respond to them immediately online about this problem it absolute disgraceful please anyone get back to me about this

The phrase “customer is always right” is a complete load of garbage. It’s often or not used by people who need to charge and pad out their argument when reasoning becomes thin on the ground. In terms of your issue;is this a new sim,have you checked the status page ? Please try to elaborate a bit more whilst dialling down the rhetoric.
