App not showing my plan.

When I login to the app it says I don't have an active plan. I have a pay monthly plan.

Hello there.

If you just recently joined, it can take a few days for the App to update with your plan details. If you've been with the plan for over a week though, I'd recommend trying to log in through the website to see if it says the same thing there. If it does, you can contact the Support Team to get that looked into further.
