Just checking in with you - did the top-up arrive in the end? As noted previously, if it was arranged through a third party, this would need to be checked with them.

When you say ontopup.com did she buy the top up through a 3rd party website rather than Three? If this is the case she may need to contact the customer support of that website.

People here wouldn't be able to see what's going on with the purchased top up, you'd need to speak to the support team on live chat or by calling. You might also need to consider having your sister double check the purchase to make sure everything has gone through as expected.
