Hey @Kb888,
Oh no, that's odd. How long have you been unable to make calls in Glasgow? What device make/model are you using?
Are you able to make/receive calls in other areas, or having issues everywhere you go?
Thanks,
Kate

Since late August, don't tell me its my phone, just like the other customers here complaining of same issue, I have put other sim cards in my phone and it can take calls and make them. It's happening to a variety of phones. This is Threes network problem to fix, not the customers, don't expect us to replace our phones or change provider and end up with a lesser tariff, either way it's inconvenient and costly. Three need to get their act together, this is ridiculous.

No my phone doesn't have volte option, what now? Buy a new phone? Leave Three? It doesn't say that in the guide. You going to offer the rest of the complaining customers new phones that have volte???

If you don't have the VoLTE function on your phone, it's likely you will need to buy a new phone. VoLTE would be required on the device because as far as I know, most if not all networks have disabled their 3G service. If you can find one that still has 3G, it wouldn't be long until you're in the same position.
Phones provided by Three in recent years should feature VoLTE by default. For the very few people who took contracts with older phones that did not have that feature, they were supplied with VoLTE equivalents already.
Pete.

Why doesn't your guide say that? Have not read all the posts on here from customers wondering why their phones suddenly stopped making or receiving calls. What about sim only contract customers? They are still loyal three customers as well, three have neglected and excluded them. Three has been deceptive by restricting information on how switching off 3g would affect certain phones. Myself and others thought our phones would carry on working.

Hello there.
Oh, that's not so good. What's happening when you try to make a call? Is your mobile data working OK? Can you confirm which make and model of phone you're using?
Pete.
