Phone won't dial out at all - I have reset it, and the 3 coverage checker claims there are no issues. I need to be able to make a call quite urgently.

As I said to another op;have you tried switching your phone off and on? And don’t forget to check the status page for any outages.

If you’re up to date with your payments (contract) or have calling credit (payg) then try turning your phone off and then on again and that may solve your problem. There are no national issues at this time preventing you from making a call. If all else fails contact customer service.
