Call barring settings

Call barring us on for all incoming calls. Won't let me turn off, tried in WiFi and data, also VPN on and off. Screenshots attached. Need help as can't sign in to bank app :'(

You need call 3 Cust. Srvce on 333, or via CHAT.

I’m also facing same issue, been on call with customer care for nearly an hour and half but still no luck 😞
