Hi I'm currently away on a holiday so I'm unable to get in touch with 3 customer services. Around 2 weeks ago I got a letter home of SIM plan renewal which had jumped to £25, was only paying £6 last year. Immediately I decided to request PAC code and leave for another network. However I then got email next day offering me a £6 monthly SIM deal.
I went on live chat and spoke to someone who then changed my SIM plan to £6.
2 weeks later whilst on holiday I've checked bank statement and £15 has been taken off from my account. I logged into my3 account and I am still on £20 SIM plan? What has happened to live chat promising me to change to £6 SIM plan?
I cannot cancel my SIM plan as the outstanding charges are ridiculously nearly £200.
I feel so disgusted and cheated by 3 network.
What are my options to leave 3 without paying £200 and keep my old number because I haven't used any of the minutes, texts or data since I'm away on holiday.

Insist that they email you transcripts of the Live Chat.

Hi, it's possible that you have been charged for 3 weeks under your previous contract and the new one starts from the date you agreed your new contract. I don't know how long it takes for 3's system to show the change. Enjoy your holiday and speak to customer services when you get back.
