Rickerdino69
Fledgling

I’ve not got over the shock of a credit check for an phone 17 I’m very depressed and fed up going through an 1.5 hours answering loads of questions which was all for nothing

Total waste of time and I got a bad headache as well I never do that ever again.

Hi @Rickerdino69,

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't approved. We won't be able to determine why that has happened on the Three Community, but if you are interested in appealing as Paddiewack described, you can find more info on this page about credit checks. See the section titled Automated decision-making.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Well to be fair the fact that you failed a credit check is down to you and your credit history. 1.5 hours does sound like a marathon trek and I’m not sure how it took that long because it’s usually an almost instantaneous decision. But as I’ve said it’s down to your credit history. You can appeal a decision (you may have already done so) and get a human to look at what’s initially an automated decision, but if that goes against you it’s time to forget it and move on.
