I'm currently in menorca and I'm unable to use my mobile data. Data roaming is switched on but I'm not connecting properly. Any advice? I've logged into my 3 account it says I can use my data abroad but I can't connect
Is your spend cap set to £0 if so the system will be unable to charge you the £2 a day roaming charge.
