If you recently used the app or website to view products, you may have placed items in your basket for later. The system will eventually remove these items and an email gets sent to the customer to tell them the order was cancelled.
If the email isn't asking you for any information, it's unlikely to be a scam. If you're unsure, confirm the email address it came from, we can confirm if it's Three or not.
