Phone network dropping calls

New customer, after 4 minutes the 3 network just drops the call. You can phone back immediately, but same again 4 minutes and 3 network drops the call again. At least the network is consistent! Anyone got any ideas?

Pay as you go USA

Hi I'm needing some advice please regarding using 3 payg sim in USA I'm not to bothered about the calls but would like to be able to access the internet, I did look on the 3 website but it seemed to refer to a monthly contract, and I am happy PAYG.
