Im on holiday in lanzarote i have a 70 day go roaming pass and cant make calls or receive emails

Hi there @Patrick1975,
That's not good to hear.
When you landed, did your phone connect to a local network, or has it displayed no service? Please consider resetting your network settings, as this can sometimes help with refreshing the network status.
Besides calls/emails, have you been able to use data for anything else, or texts? Does the roaming pass show as active in your account?
Please also double check that roaming is enabled in your device settings.

Check roaming is enabled in your account and phone settings.
Check your spend cap isn't set to zero.
Check your credit limit isn't set to £1.
