Is anyone having trouble receiving calls and voice mails?

I'm unable to receive or make calls and voice mail. Is there a problem with the network?

Yes has been all afternoon and evening. Have missed work calls and hearing of people unable to call emergency services. Not great when a storm coming tonight.
