Loss of 5G Network

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra, up until Three had issues with total Network Failure last year I used to get 5G coverage almost all the time, since then I do not get 5G in any areas, is anyone experiencing this issue.

Have you tried the sim in another device / checked with anyone else on Three in the area?
