Loss of signal during a call

In the past few months I have noticed a loss of signal on my phone while on a call. Or if I go upstairs there is no signal. Anyone have this problem TIA

Is this only when on calls, or are you noticing that signal drop any time that you go up the stairs?

There is a loss of signal upstairs also

It sounds like an issue with the coverage when heading up to that floor of the house rather than a specific calling issue. For now, using Wifi calling might help avoid the calls dropping. You can check the general coverage that is expected in the area to see if that might be the issue, and you can also check the current status of the network for any issues using the Service Status page. Hopefully it'll shed some light on what's going on.
