Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

For the past 2 days now I CAN'T MAKE CALLS!
I Can't even make calls to THREE SUPPORT!
The "digital assistant" is WORSE than useless!
I have URGENT calls to make and there's NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE!
This is an OUTRAGE!
WhoEVER mans this forum needs to sort this out URGENTLY!!!

And I just join 4 days ago as new customer. What a joke ! No calls at all, after switching number still receiving messages on no existing number lol. What's going on?!

22:50 still down in North Manchester and was earlier today in knutsford Cheshire... Just a small percentage... What a joke.
I ditched my landline and the whole family use three, a mistake on both counts. Can't even get WiFi calling. Absolutely ridiculous.

The phone lines have been down in Essex since 13:00 today

They've just posted (like in last few mins at 16:40ish) saysing "some customers" when it's def ALL the Country and they're trying late, to downplay it... even the main support website got 504 Gateway timeout errors due to the influx of the "some" AKA probably pretty much ALL...naionally by looks of the chat in this thread lol, bless them!
