Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

I'm also having this issue. Sporadically over the last 48 hours I have been unable to make or receive calls. Incredibly frustrating, worrying and unprofessional. I've also had people leave voicemails... but I can't check my voicemails! The only available 3 customer service is ringing 333 but I can't do that either. I've updated my phone and reset my network settings.

My net has been off and on barely since two days now. My router isnt working at all and my phone isnt making any calls. Both are registered to three.
I missed two interview meetings and this is absolutely terrible.

Hello.
It sounds like something might be going on in the area that's impacting both of your devices. You can check out the service status in the area to see if there's something that might be causing that, and it might be able to give you a heads up on how long it's going to take to resolved.

Thank you 3 for costing me business yesterday, i'm a sole trader (Courier) from approximately lunch time onwards i was unable to take work due to me not being able to either receive or make calls that resulted in customers not being able to book me for work. Although this will fall on deaf ears as i cannot find anywhere on here how to make a formal complaint. I'm so angry and of course there will be no compensation for us customers that use your services. Yesterdays performance was simply not acceptable. The least you can do is give your customers a reduce bill as a result of your network being down in some circumstances all day. For us customers in London the network was down for approximately 10 hours before a normal service could be resumed.

It's disappointing to hear the problem with calls had such an impact on your day. Unfortunately faults can happen from time to time, no one is immune to it.
For registering a complaint, Three have a dedicates Complaints Page with details on the complaints process as well as contact options for getting in touch to register a complaint. You can use the link I've shared or just head over to three.co.uk and type 'complaint' into the search.

There is an obvious large issue within the Three network that no one is willing to admit to. Please take your head out of the sand and deal with it, it’s getting extremely frustrating.
