For the past month i have been having issues with my mobile data, it randomly stops working and randomly comes back on. The issue used to be every couple days which was bearable, now this has gotten to a point where it does not work at all.

I turned my data off in the settings, nothing.

Turned airplane mode on then off, nothing.

Turned phone off then on, nothing.

I am on an iphone 11 so the 4g icon shows in the top corner but nothing will load on google, no messages come through and anything else that needs data does not work.

My contract keeps getting more expensive, and the service keeps getting worse.

What can i do?

I have an iPhone 12 and had similar issues a week or so ago ! I checked network status and found there were issues on multiple masts in my area. It’s fine now but if on checking the network status it’s not showing any problems can only suggest you contact tech support as you seem to have tried everything else.
