Hi,

i attempt to make a call however my phone keeps on saying 

that my spend cap has been reached however my spend cap is unlimited.

How can i ensure my sim automatically works?

i have called three multiple times to no avail.There doesnt seem to be an actual

agent available to help.

 

would be much appreciated if anyone can help me.

Hi @bina40,

Sorry to hear that you're having some trouble making calls. If you have an Unlimited minutes allowance you should generally be able to call any UK numbers beginning 01/02//03/07 you can find info on common chargeable and premium numbers here.

If this is a chargeable number you're trying to dial, you can double check your spend cap on My3 from a browser or the Three App. Look for the "manage plan" option then Spend Cap to set a limit there.

If you're still having difficulties with making the call at this stage, please let me know, and please quote the exact error message you're hearing or seeing. I suspect you may need to get in touch, as it may be your account's credit limit which can only be amended by our customer services teams.
