New system not working

I applied for an up garade3 month ago. They are taking the direct debit for the previous account and the new one, but have not got the upgrade, after numerous phone calls and visits to a store got nowhere

Welcome to the Three Community. 

It sounds like you might have processed a new connection instead of an upgrade. This would cause you to have two accounts, each with it's own direct debit. 

Was it a SIM only upgrade you intended on doing?
