Hi, I have had no network coverage as of today 28/09 in Oakham, UK. Everything was going smoothly until about 9am where I suddenly had no WiFi nor data. I spent 2 hrs in the afternoon trying to fix it myself and even wasted £5 on an hour of EE (to which Google said it couldn’t ‘verify the server identity’). 

The network switched back on at 3pm. But this was only the 2G/3G network; not the 4G/5G. I was able to use my data, but the WiFi was very spotty. After about 20 mins, both WiFi and data completely switched off again, leaving me with no service yet again.

At 7:30pm (now), I still am unable to use my WiFi. Data keeps on switching on and off — off for long periods of time. When I try to connect to my MacBook Pro, my iPhone 12’s mobile hotspot does not work.

I confirm I have a ZTE Wireless Router and live in an area that is covered by Three.

Please, is there any update on when this network issue will be resolved?

I have tried resetting my router countless times, renewing the DHCP lease, changing other settings, etc. to no avail. It seems to be a serious network blackout. I am at a loss.

hi you not alone with this issue everyone else is having same problems. Even login in to your account vier the my3 app or website both mot working goes white blank, i complained about this over a week ago now told only take 7 days but been much longer now. i dont know that they even know what the issue themselves is to fix it yet. Its getting bit beyond the joke now to be honest. I really wish they would have some sort answer to whats going on by now.
