I’ve switched to 3, bought a data bundle but still have no data.

Hi @Stoo,

Did you get a chance to contact customer services as @Anonymous suggested? Has the issue been resolved?

I think an issue like this is most likely at the account level, so there won't tend to be any general suggestions we can make here. If the order was set up on the automated system and didn't complete, you'll need staff with access to your account to help further.
