I'm sorry to hear that there was an issue with your Internet access yesterday. I hope this has been resolved in the meantime for you?
You can check for any network issues in your area with our Network Status Checker. If the issues are persisting today try toggling airplane/flight mode on and off, and rebooting your device. Let us know if this helps.

I can’t help but agree with you. Lack of info to customers is woeful!
