I’ve had this issue for about 3 months now. I have both a SIM and 5G broadband and most days of the week there is absolutely no coverage. Sometimes there will be a day or two when it’s fine, but most days the is no service at all. It always says that there are works in my area, but it’s been like this for 3 months, there isn’t any information on what the works are or when will they be finished. I’m thinking of switching

It's disappointing to hear you've been having issues so long. It's unclear what would be causing an issue to last that long, but if there's work that's been taking place in the area, the team should have details of that work, and might have details of when the work is going to be completed. If you pop through to the support team, they can look into it further, and can explore additional options with you.

follow the link provided by mod, scroll and click start a live chat, then reply to the chat bot that is collecting you required info and then type "I want to speak to Three team"
