Despite having an allowance of hours to use my phone abroad and Chevy my settings in the 3 shop I can never get internet abroad. Why?

Check that your Spend Cap isn't set to zero, and that your Credit Limit isn't set to £1.
Egypt is a Go Roam Around The World Extra destination.
Go Roam Around the World Extra is not available if you’re on Pay As You Go or your Pay Monthly plan started before 1 October 2021.

By "Chevy my settings in the 3 shop" do you mean a three shop assistant has set the right settings on your phone which supposedly means that enabled the use of data whilst in roaming? Or do you mean something else?

Sorry that was supposed to say Checking. I’m still abroad in Europe and can only get internet in the hotel. The same thing in Egypt in March, I’m not getting the service I pay for. I also pay for my daughter’s phone and she has the same problem. Any suggestions as to why?

As the others have mentioned it's worth checking your spend limit on the Three App. I think you were meaning that you have a Value or Complete plan with inclusive passes? If that's the case, I'd recommend to check with customer services that Roaming services are definitely active on your account.

Hi, Elaine.
Did you purchase a Go Roam EU pass to unlock allowances? If not, did you increase your spend limit in order to allow the system to charge you for the daily roaming fee?
