Been around 2 months now with on going service issues with my phone.
Phone works fine on WiFi but I’m continuously getting no service on my phone. Went into store and they changed my SIM card but still having the same issue. From reading the forum other people are having the same issue.
Currently paying for a contracted service that doesn’t work.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had these ongoing service issues, and that a SIM replacement didn't improve things.
Have you still had these problems over the past few weeks? If so, does the Coverage and Network Status checker indicate any known issues or planned work?

Changing the sim seems to be the default method but surely if you can make calls (albeit via WiFi only) it would mean your sim is fine 🤷.Anyway two things; Firstly how have you put up with this for two months? Secondly have you tried putting your sim in a different handset ?
