Not reviving calls

My number ported over from EE yesterday this morning however there seems to have been an error. I can make calls/send texts however I cannot receive them. When I try to call my number it says 'you have dialled an incorrect number'. Is this normal? I'm getting concerned that I may be missing important phone calls.

If you're having problems with receiving calls and SMS, then there may have been a problem with porting your number. The problem can be on any of the operators. I recommend you talk or chat with three support and mention what you just did, all good with outward calls and SMS but none of incoming calls and SMS working and that you were ported recently.
