Does anyone know which networks does 3 partner with in France, Italy and Switzerland.?

Hi @Briand,
Sorry we don't have a customer facing list we can share online. Networks you can use when roaming can be subject to change. Looking at this, and your other recent post, I'm wondering if roaming services may not have been provisioned on your account/SIM.
Generally automatic network selection should work fine, and manual selection is only necessary in a few select circumstances e.g. to avoid cross border roaming into a more expensive destination, or when there's local faults in the area visited.
Have you been in touch with customer services to ensure everything is configured on our end?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Thanks Jonathan,
I’ve been in touch with customer services many times over this issue. I’m assured that I have something like 58 days roaming available on my plan. The last time I spoke they recommend trying manual switching hence my question.
I go away soon if it doesn’t work this time I’ll have to leave 3 altogether.
Thanks again.

Hi @Briand,
I checked with a colleague, and generally automatic selection should work. The system ought to steer you automatically onto valid networks. Like you mentioned, manually selecting networks can be tried as a back up, if you need to do this, it would be a case of testing each available network on the list when you search manually.
Other than this, there's a couple of things which may stop roaming from working. From what you've described the team have already checked roaming is provisioned. If you have inclusive roaming passes, then you won't have any daily roaming fee to pay, so spend and credit limits shouldn't normally be relevant.
Apologies if this has already been covered, but just to make sure we've not skipped over the basics. On your phone, it may be worth double checking that "data roaming" is active too. If this setting is off it won't affect UK service, but it stops you from using mobile data on networks other than your home one.
Please let us know if you do encounter further issues, next time you're away. If we're missing something, we may be able to pinpoint it at a time when you're away.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi Briand
I saw your other posts about having to select the network manually. Does your phone do not have automatic setting for selecting network?

It does have an automatic setting but it hasn’t been connecting to any network. Hopefully the next time I’m abroad I’ll be able to connect manually using this advice. But I need to know which networks I can use.
